Product Description
Material---
Glass plate: Usually Float Glass or art glass (about 3-10 mm thick) is used.
Hammer: mallet, rubber hammer or metal hammer (need to control the force to avoid breaking through the glass).
Chisel/chisel: Used to carve detail texture.
Production method --
Design sketch: Outline the design on the glass with a pencil or erasable pen.
Initial knock: Tap with a hammer and chisel along the outline to form a foundation crack.
Fine texture: Adjust the intensity and Angle, knock out different shades of texture, create a three-dimensional sense.
Sanding and treatment: sand the edges with sandpaper, or use chemical etchers to enhance the texture.
